We charge a flat fee. We take nothing from what your subscribers pay you.

What Forme is and what we provide.
Forme is a publishing platform operated by Working Draft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide tools for creating and distributing newsletters, articles, and publications — including a writing editor, email delivery, subscriber management, and paid subscription infrastructure.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you are using Forme on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Access and responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Forme uses passwordless authentication via magic links — keep access to your email address secure. Notify us promptly at hello@forme.press if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Forme. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your work is yours. Full stop.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, publish, or upload to Forme. We claim no license to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service — storing it, delivering it to your subscribers, and displaying it on your publication.
We do not use your content to train machine learning models. We do not aggregate or anonymize your content for research or commercial purposes.
By publishing content on Forme, you represent that you have the rights to that content, that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and that it complies with applicable law.

Your payment card is charged at signup. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial charge — no questions asked. After the 30-day refund window, subscriptions renew automatically.
Journalist plan — $19/month or $190/year
Newsroom plan — $59/month or $590/year
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Beyond the initial 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 60 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for 12 months following any price change.
What you can and can't publish.
Forme is designed for independent publishing. You may publish journalism, newsletters, essays, analysis, fiction, food writing, hobbyist content, trade publications — any lawful written expression.
You may not use Forme to publish or distribute:
We do not pre-screen content. We respond to credible reports of violations. We will remove content and may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We are committed to editorial independence. We will not remove content because of political viewpoint, criticism of public figures, or controversial but lawful opinion. Our enforcement criteria are conduct-based, not viewpoint-based.
Copyright claims.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on Forme infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to hello@forme.press with the following:
We will process valid DMCA notices promptly. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Leaving or being removed.
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Before terminating, export your content and subscriber list.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. For non-urgent violations, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before terminating.
What we promise and what we don't.
We provide Forme on a commercially reasonable basis and aim for high availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Working Draft LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Forme, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms or your use of Forme shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Wyoming courts, Wyoming law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
